Dream Repeater: Utopia
“In the dream there’s a baseball field, and on the other side is Utopia, where everyone has enough money for whatever they want, whatever they need. My brother and his friends, they get some sticks and go over to utopia and they beat people up.”

Two-room installation with ink on wax paper, bats, astroturf, piñata, platform, video projection, performance, dream collection station.
On opening night, the theater group Machine performed in the space in response to the dream. A concurrent group show opened at the Nth Gallery, with works by Rachel Ballard, Joe Bigley, Karen Cleveland and Vicky Grube. Each artist also developed works based on the donated dream.
